Thank you for shopping with Crea8ive Concepts! We deliver handcrafted return gifts and favours pan-India with care and love.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 working days after payment confirmation. For bulk orders (100 pieces and above), processing time is 5–7 working days. You will receive a WhatsApp/SMS notification once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Time Standard delivery takes 5–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take up to 10 working days.
Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹999 — FREE shipping
- Orders below ₹999 — Flat ₹79 shipping charge
Bulk Orders For bulk orders above 100 pieces, shipping charges will be calculated based on the total weight and delivery location. Our team will confirm the shipping cost on WhatsApp before dispatch.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email to track your shipment in real time.
Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available across India. Our team may call to confirm COD orders before dispatch.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp at +91 93401 52270 with photos of the damaged product. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
